Prices & Booking Information
Lower Balnaban is available to let throughout the year except for the Christmas and New Year period. The prices for 2007 are as follows:-

The above prices are for the property and are for parties of up to 6 people. Under no circumstances will we permit parties of more than 6 people.

We take all bookings on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis.

Owing to the sloping nature of the land surrounding the house, we would advise that the property is probably not suitable for very young children. Children should be closely supervised at all times to avoid accidents and injuries.

For the benefit of other guests, smoking anywhere inside the house is strictly forbidden. We will levy an extra charge for cleaning and re-decorating if this rule is ignored.

We regret that we do not allow pets in the house.

The prices are all-inclusive of the cost of electricity, central heating oil, and bed linen. An initial supply of fuel for the multi-fuel stove is also provided. Further supplies may be easily obtained locally.

Towels are not provided, and you should please bring your own towels with you.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost is payable at the time of booking.

The remaining balance becomes due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.

If your booking is made less than 6 weeks before commencement of your holiday, the full balance is payable at the time of booking.

In the event of cancellation once the full payment has been made, the 80% balance will be refunded only on the proviso that the property can be re-let in time. You are advised to inform us as soon as possible in writing if you are forced to cancel.

We therefore recommend strongly that you take out appropriate holiday cancellation insurance via your insurance company or broker to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
