Equipment includes an electric hob, electric double oven unit, dishwasher, and a large fridge/freezer. There is also a microwave in the adjacent utility room, which also contains another fridge and a washing machine, together with additional ample cupboard space and worktop area, and a sink. The oil-fired central heating boiler is also housed in the utility room.

Directly adjacent to the kitchen, and separated from it by an island unit, is the breakfast room.
