scope in the Drumnadrochit area for those who enjoy walking.

The Great Glen Way is
one of the latest long distance walks covering a distance of 73 miles
from Fort William on the west coast through to Inverness on the east.

For those who are a
little less energetic, the Abriachan Forest Walk provides easy walking
with plenty to see including a bird watching hide and a replica bronze
age hut.

that the property may be unsuitable for young children.

in the lounge are the
responsibility of the visitor and can easily be

In order to make a confirmed booking, we need to
have a completed Booking Form together with a cheque
payment for a deposit of 20% of the cost of your
holiday.

away at the time of booking, we need payment in full
with your Booking Form.

Lower Balnaban has 3 bedrooms and will sleep
up to 6 people.

We will not accept bookings for parties of more
than 6 people under any circumstances.

There is ample off-road parking space for
several vehicles in the drive to the side and
rear of the
house.

The house has full oil-fired central heating
throughout.
-
The cost of the oil for the heating is
included in our prices.

In addition, there is a multi-fuel stove in
the lounge.

Supplies of fuel for the multi-fuel stove are the
responsibility of the visitor and can easily be
obtained locally.

The cost of electricity is included in the
price for the house.

Water is heated by the central heating
boiler.

There is also
an electric immersion heater.

Bed linen is provided and included in the
price for the house.

Towels are not included and you should
therefore bring your own towels with you,
please.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric
hob, a double oven unit, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer.
There are plenty of cupboards and worktops.

There is also a large adjacent utility room
containing a microwave, another fridge and a
washing machine, together with a sink unit. Once
again, there are plenty of cupboards and worktop
space.

There is a washing machine in the utility
room which leads directly off the kitchen.

Just outside the external door to the utility
room is a rotary clothes' line.

The family bathroom has bath with a shower
over.

There is another shower in the en-suite bathroom
to the master bedroom.

There are electric shaver points in both
bathrooms.

There is a downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash
hand basin.

bathrooms upstairs also have WC's.
